Founder Branding & Content Strategy

We built enterprise SAP's sharpest AI brand in 180 days.

In January 2026, Sookti AI was invisible. No followers, no thought leadership, no pipeline, and a brand-new delivery model to sell to the most risk-averse buyers in enterprise tech. We had six months to make CIOs, SAP leaders and global system integrators trust a company they had never heard of. Here is how.

The challenge

Sookti AI replaces the old way of modernising SAP, fifty consultants and a six-month wait, with autonomous AI agents that migrate, refactor, test and document legacy SAP code themselves, turning weeks of manual work into minutes. With SAP retiring ECC support in 2027, they go straight at the hardest, most-avoided part of every migration: custom code.

The problem was never the product. It was silence. A six-month-old startup with zero digital footprint, no category, and no market voice, selling an unfamiliar model into a landscape that reaches for Accenture and Deloitte by reflex. The buyers were niche and discerning: CIOs, SAP COE teams, enterprise buyers, global system integrators and VCs.

The brief was never "post more." It was to make Sookti the voice that reframes how these buyers think about SAP delivery, before they ever build a shortlist.

The approach

We started with positioning, not posting. We built the category, AI-native SAP delivery, and named the enemy plainly: twelve to eighteen month migrations, human bottlenecks, billable hours. One line carried it.

If your SAP migration depends on how many consultants you can hire, you are already late.

The insight underneath everything: incumbents sell people, Sookti sells intelligence. We benchmarked Sookti against the strongest names in enterprise SAP, codified a "tools, not rules" brand built to cut through the muted blues and grays of legacy tech, then split the work into two distinct engines and four content pillars. The next section shows exactly how that system worked.

The results, at a glance

Six months. From a silent entity to a category voice.

The system, drawn out

We did not post randomly. We ran a deliberate two-engine playbook: one engine to build trust and an audience, the other to capture intent and convert it. Each ran on its own pillars and its own calendar.

Engine A · Aditya Shankar

The Founder Engine

Thinking in public · top of funnel

We positioned the founder not as a salesman, but as the sharpest educator in the room. Zero promotion, pure value.

  • Contrarian POVs that disrupt the status quo on SAP and enterprise AI economics.
  • Original research & frameworks that talk about the work and the proof, not the product.
  • Behind the scenes on building an AI startup from the ground up.
  • Event reporting with live, ground-level takeaways, never generic promos.
Engine B · Sookti AI

The Brand Engine

The conversion machine · bottom of funnel

While the founder built the audience, the company page captured the intent. High-velocity, commercial proof.

  • Hard-proof case studies on the massive wins, with quantifiable outcomes.
  • Sales enablement that answered the real questions enterprise buyers raised on calls.
  • Frictionless conversion via free assessments and high-fidelity product clips.
  • Humanising the tech with team features that build institutional trust.

Four content pillars

Pillar 01

Clean Core Modernization

Why legacy custom code drags, and the strategic urgency of moving from ECC to S/4HANA.

Pillar 02

Agentic AI Mechanics

Past the hype, into the literal mechanics of autonomous migration agents and automated remediation.

Pillar 03

High-Scale Case Studies

Proof over promise: weeks of manual remediation compressed into minutes, runtimes cut in half.

Pillar 04

Ecosystem & Events

Tying thought leadership to flagship nodes: SAP Sapphire, ASUG chapters and SAP NOW.

04

The work

We ran Sookti's content end to end. We built and managed the founder's LinkedIn and the company page, and carried the same voice to YouTube and X, posting across SAP modernisation, agentic AI in the enterprise, funding, culture and the day-to-day of building a company.

Then came the rest of it: case studies, posts and carousels, pitch decks for enterprise buyers and partner outreach, videos from short explainers to talking-head films, and landing pages, all written, designed and shipped by us. We ran four webinars across April and May, and handled the brand on the ground at SAP Sapphire Orlando, ASUG Ohio, ASUG Michigan and SAP NOW Mumbai, booth and collateral included. When one meeting needed a full pitch deck overnight, we wrote it, designed it and had it ready in a couple of hours.
