Dabur
A 137-year FMCG giant, translated into a digital content engine across eight divisions and five platforms.
The brief
Dabur is a 137-year-old FMCG giant with a sprawling corporate story across eight divisions, from operations and CSR to investors and newsroom.
The brief was to translate all of that into a consistent digital and social presence, and in parallel give power brands like Honey, Pudin Hara and Aloe Vera campaign creative and website strategy.
The approach
We split Dabur into eight content divisions, then ran a macro-to-micro model: long-form pieces repurposed into platform-native posts across five channels.
Branded hooks and hashtags made corporate proof-points consumable, while sub-brand work shifted into storytelling, including a film tying Dabur Honey to ambassador Akshay Kumar.
The work
A corporate social strategy framework and management decks, plus scripted explainer films like HerbsToHomes and a FightingCOVID19 relief film.
Carousels and reels for CSR, sustainability and Life at Dabur, the Dabur Honey AV with Akshay Kumar, sub-brand decks, and the Dabur.com website pitch.
Snapshots of the work
A bush-to-brand approach, from our research wing all the way to homes.
